Ailey Solar Electric

The only reason I didn't give an F is because the solar array produces electricity. They create a financial scenario which looks great on paper but they vastly overestimated the power production of the system. So much so, they had to pay me for the power the system would not produce - but only because I modified their standard contract. Beware! They started in April and told me the install should take less than 2 weeks. They didn't start for a month, then were delayed for 2 more months. Install finally completed in AUGUST. They told me the SREC check would be delivered in October, 2018. For the SREC they hand you to another firm (not told to us beforehand) who are even less reputable called Carbon Global Solutions. Eighteen (18) months later, I am finally getting a check for the SREC for nearly $3,500 less than Ailey Solar wrote in the contract - but you have to pay more fees to Carbon Global Solution to get your that money! Stay far away from these folks and stay farther away from Carbon Solutions Group. All in all, I will still owe the state for underperformance of the array for up to 15 years - I was never told about that liability either. I wasn't hurt too badly financially because I modified the original contract but I'm writing this to warn others.

They were fabulous! They did a great job and really knew what they were doing!

I couldn't recommend Ailey Solar more. They were very knowledgeable about the solar industry and were willing to answer all of my questions, which I was impressed by. I contacted Ailey Solar on November 17th by email. They were very receptive and very customer focused. I asked for a quoted price for labor only, and they also quoted me a price with materials included. They worked with me on that which I thought was outstanding. They got the permits, worked with my building department, we needed a signature from an engineer which they got. They were able to get started right away. The work that they did was excellent. They went above and beyond. They were very customer focused and wanted me to be happy.
