MY NAME IS STEVE MILLER. I HAVE OWNED AND OPERATED MY BUSINESS SINCE NOVEMBER 9TH OF 2000. I HAVE OVER 23 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND UNDERSTAND DOORS MORE THAN ANYBODY AROUND. MY OVERHEAD IS LOW AND MY RATES ARE LOWER THAN MY COMPETITORS. I PROVIDE TOP NOTCH SERVICE, HONEST PRICES, AND DEPENDABLE SCHEDULING YOU CAN RELY ON. AT ONE TIME I COULD SAY I WAS ONE OF THE TOP DOOR COMPANIES IN CHICAGO. AFTER BECOMING A FATHER IN 2008 AND THE BAD ECONOMY, I DECIDED TO DOWN SIZE MY COMPANY AND BECOME A STAY AT HOME FATHER. I NOW HAVE 3 BEAUTIFUL GIRLS AND CONTINUE TO LIVE A LIFE OF MR. MOM AND WORK ON DOORS AFTER 3PM. I FOUND MOST OF MY CUSTOMER TO PREFER THE AFTERNOON-EVENING HOURS SO THEY DONT HAVE TO TAKE TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY WAITING AROUND FOR A SERVICE GUY.

We got them from Angie's List. It really wasn't expensive. They did an excellent job. We haven't had any problems. There's one issue that came up and it was resolved in the phone call. It had to do with the heat outside hitting the door. They were able to diagnose it over the phone. We were very impressed. We really liked them. It was a very reasonable price. We were pleasantly surprised. They were right when they said they were going to be here. They gave us a sticker with their phone number on it in case of emergencies.

We have a 20 year old garage door that wasn't opening properly. We were thinking of buying a new door, but Steve was able to quickly diagnose what was broken with our existing door and he was able to correct the problem within an hour. Steve knew everything about our garage door manufacturer and gave us tips on how to maintain it. We would use him again.
