All our effort was focused on searching for the best home for us, and also working with our loan broker to ensure the deal will close as we planned. Few days before closing, we realized that the home inspection has not being done. We called our real estate agent and told him what we had to do. He provided us with AEP Building Inspector telephone number. We called them on Thursday, they were very professional, detail and friendly. The following day, they walked us through different feature of the property. The inspector identified some minor issues, for example an electrical outlet that was not property installed.
