I hired ADR flirting to refinish my existing wood floors, including some repairs to cracked/damaged boards in the old floors. They always showed up on time, were great to work with, and finished in the amount of time they said it would take. The new floors look great and the repaired areas match the surrounding floors perfectly. You can’t tell where the repairs were done. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely hire them again. Strongly recommend.

Vasi and his crew did a wonderful job. He was on time, worked long days and told us what to expect. Love the results. One word of caution....be ready to clean, the dust was everywhere after stripping carpet and flooring, installing, sanding and staining. But, well worth the change

Vasi was incredibly responsive via email and was able to use our listing to do a rough estimate. Initially, we asked for one for buffing, a poly coat, and stain, but then scaled back so we could do more with our pre-move budget. Vasi was flexible, responsive, and even willing to negotiate on price. He was prompt and polite. He worked on a quick turnaround (24 hours) and fit us in where he had had a cancellation. Overall, the work quality was very good. There were some scratches in the floor that I had hoped the buff and poly coat would have fixed. But, for what we paid on our tight timeline, I would happily call Vasi again.

Excellent from beginning to end. Came over promptly to get info to give an estimate. Estimate was the lowest of the three I received. In addition to the price I chose him based upon reviews here and on Yelp. He dropped off the wood about 2 weeks before starting the work. Week one for two days his crew installed the floors and finished them. We waited a few days and then moved all of the furniture into the two bedrooms and he came to sand and refinish the floors. He sanded an area in the living room before we started everything and tried about 4 or 5 different colors on the floor. We had natural before and it was just too yellow so we wanted a light brown and found it (Early American). We were allowed to keep everything on the walls - Vasi and crew covered it all with plastic. Other contractors told us we had to take everything down. Finally - Vasi was on site the entire time. Others had planned to drop a crew off and leave. I preferred to have the main guy on site. He is a hard worker and the floors look amazing.

CLEAN workers and equipment, no sawdust flowing around the house

I just purchased a 4200 sq ft home in the west suburbs of Chicago and decided to rip out the current carpet in the house except the bedrooms. Vasi installed floors in approximately 1,950 sq ft of area. This included Foyer, Living Room, Dining Room, Family Room, Upstairs Loft area and Upstairs hallway.
We also wanted new tiles by the main door and by the garage door. The tile jobs were very small.
We wanted the rustic look, however with the amount of wood needed for this job, we wanted to be price conscious as well. Vasi recommended using unfinished Oak flooring for the job. He showed me sample pictures of the floors online.
My wife and really like the pictures and decided to proceed with the job. We had a few questions along the way and Vasi answered every question with a smile. He is very patient and works late if necessary to complete the job. We are very happy with the floors and they look awesome.
I would highly recommend him for any type of hardwood floor job. He is very meticulous and knows how to install and work with wood very well.
