Serviceman arrived arrived on time and checked the doorknob. He determined it did not need to be replaced but adjusted. He made the adjustments and the lock now works.

Based on what my husband told me, the service was good. It was a bitterly cold day, and this guy was out there trying to change all the external locks, so it was very challenging. I believe they came out a little late.
