It is refreshing when you do business with a company and the staff are polite, professional and provide great customer service. This is true of AES, namely my interactions with Javier at the service counter. Courtesy calls when your parts have shipped, prompt credits for returns, etc. I won't go anywhere else for electrical supplies.

They completely mislead me about the size of the box and basically forced me to pay for delivery. The fee changed from $25-$50 depending on who you spoke with. Marie helped us, our sales rep wasn't interested in any sort of after sales service and thank goodness she was helpful.
