They were very accomodative to an elderly homeowner on a limited budget.  The overall experience was good.

It went well. He called ahead to advise he was on the way, arrived on time, examined the problem, quoted an estimate, performed the repair, pointed out things the general contractor had done incorrectly (while remaining polite), cleaned up after himself, and was done in less than 20 minutes.

They canceled on me twice and when they did finally show up, they came unprepared. They don't return phone calls and were very unprofessional and did not clean up after themselves.

I liked that they showed up prepared and had the equipment with them. This was the first time I used them. They were recommended by the lady I sit next to at the opera. They offer a variety of services. I has happy they could take care of this quickly for me.

They came out on a Sunday and did not charge extra. I called on a Saturday and they came out on time the next. They were very prompt and thorough.

Initially John told us the job would not cost more than $6000. In the end, it cost more than twice that amount. He made this error because he didn't carefully look through our basement to get the full picture on the potential problems. Once Jeff took over the project, though, we were very pleased with his explanation of what needed to be done. To accommodate us regarding the increased expense, Jeff took care of a few small plumbing issues in the house at no additional charge.
