I ended up fixing the lock myself. I did get the replacement lock from them which was a big help but in the end it fell apart soon after he left and I fixed it.

They are always prompt, and hard working, they re-keyed the locks quickly and efficiently and when I locked my keys in my condo they came by in less than 10 minutes, I love this shop.

An excellent locksmith. The reason I am reporting them is that this is the only company whose keys always work! Many times I have spent a lot of time and some money on duplication of keys at other places (home improvement stores, hardware stores), and found that the new keys work badly or didn't work at all. Ace Lock & Key has made many keys for me, and they were all perfect.
