Everything went very smoothly. I called on a Sunday; she volunteered to examine it and repot it if necessary. I took it in Tuesday about 10:00. I left it and returned to pick it up later that afternoon. It was all ready and she explained what she had done. She demonstrated concern for me and my plant because I would have had a time doing the job myself and may have lost the plant. It is a messy job to do in an apartment setting and I wasn't sure what was wrong with it. It was a relief getting this done because the plant looked so "sad" and droopy. I also purchased a new pot. In all I was extremely happy with the service and appreciative of getting such personal service. You don't find people who go the extra mile every day like Helene and Ace Landscaping Co. on E. 95th.
