ACCURATE REAL ESTATE APPRAISALS

The appraiser came over on the same day I called. She was extremely friendly, polite and professional. The report was promised a week later. The report was delayed by a couple of days while it was checked by a supervisor. I was called in advance and warned about this. Eventually, the report was delayed a few days more after that call. I was given the dollar amount of the evaluation by telephone. The report was basically error-free, professional and well-presented when I received it.

The young woman (Robin) I believe was her name, could not have been more pleasant and informative - even giving me a follow-up call to confirm my receipt of faxed forms she sent. And, again after receiving said forms to find out whether or not Accurate was a candidate or not for the job...ever pleasant.

THE YOUNG LADY WHO CAME WAS ON TIME & VERY EFFICIENT. THE ONLY DIFFICULTLY WAS THAT SHE WANTED THE FULL PRICE WHEN SHE LEFT. SHE DID NOT TAKE A CREDIT CARD. I EXPECTED TO PAY AFTER RECEIVING THE REPORT. WITH GREAT RESERVATION, I DID GIVE HER THE CHECK, HOPING ALL THE WHILE THAT I WOULD HEAR FROM HER AGAIN. THERE WAS AN UNEXPECTED DELAY WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE REPORT. FORTUNATELY, IT ALL TURNED OUT WELL.
