This is a family owned business and they are wonderful. They mill windows and replaced windows for me as well. They matched the window perfectly for a great price. I have been using this company for 20 years and they do an amazing job and come out right away. I would recommend this company to anyone with window or glass work. The craftsmanship is excellent and prices are great as well.

They are a fantastic shop. I have used them before for replacement of an auto side mirror and to repair a broken window in my house. We brought the 3 screens in on Saturday and they were ready to be picked up today, Wednesday. Their work is perfect and they are very nice to deal with.

I called Mike at Accurate in the morning to see ow long it would take to get the glass put in my cabinet door. He was upfront and honest from the very beginning, saying that business was slower so he might close earlier. I rushed over there with my door and saw another employee working on another project (a quite complicated piece for a table top.) Mike came out, and he started working on my glass right away. As I only needed a simple piece of glass with a simple, rectangular cut, he was able to finish the job in less than 10 minutes, from picking the glass to cutting it, and finally setting it in the door with a silicone based glue. Since the job was easy and he was able to use a scrap piece to cut to my size, the job came was a really good price. I would go there again in a heartbeat.

Good. I had to work him a bit to get information- he's really busy and this is a small job- but in the end, I was able to get what I needed.

Mike and his assistant, Victor, did great work. The team was very fast, clean and polite. Mike noticed right away that the window had a tinted film on it and matched the film during fabrication - no extra charge. They even cleaned adjacent windows that were 18 ft off the ground - too tall for us to reach on our 8 ft ladder. They were not on time for the estimate, removal or installation of the glass - about 90 minutes late each time.

Will not do business again. I bought the same glass panel from another company called Glass Works. They had the glass ready by the next day and it was half the cost charged by Accurate glass.

They said they would be at my storefront to fix the glass between 10:30 and 11 AM. By 11:20 no one came and I called to ask when they thought they could get here. I was told there was an emergency somewhere else and sometime today they would come. I don't like being promised one thing and then doing something else. Around noon someone came, measured the space and then said he would cut the glass and go to lunch and fix it afterwards. The two guys who put the glass in were not very careful, as they broke a few of the brackets that were holding up the neon in the window. Those are somewhat fragile, and they should have been aware of that fact, as I am sure they have encountered neon in windows before.

VERY GOOD. LEFT THE WINDOW OVERNIGHT AND WAS READY THE MORNING OF THE NEXT DAY AS STATED. THEY ALSO SAID THEY CAN REPLACE THE GLASS ON SITE, HOWEVER THEY APPROXIMATED THE ADDITIONAL LABOR CHARGE DUE TO TRAVEL TO BE $100 TO $150 EXTRA.

THEY DO EXCELLENT QUALITY WORK AND ALWAYS SEEK OUT AFFORDABLE OPTIONS. THEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME WITHIN 24 HOURS, EVEN OFFERING TO DO THE REPAIRS WHILE I WAIT. VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
