Ken came to our home within the hour, and fixed the leak in a few minutes. He had the special coupling (or whatever you call it) to repair the tube with him. He also gave us good information about our dishwasher. We will definitely use thius company again!

We called Carl on a Friday for a dishwasher which was doing a poor job of cleaning top-rack dishes. He came a bit earlier than the promised time on Saturday, knew what to do right away, fixed the problem in less than 30 minutes, gave us instructions to minimize risk of similar problems in the future and was on his way, all of it done in a very professional manner without wasting any time. We have used Carl in the past for other things (dryer repair) and had similar experience then. To top it all, his fees are reasonable compared to what others in our are charge.

Carl relaced the washing machine lid switch in only a few minutes, then gave advice about our ceiling fan. Although that's not the sort of job he normally does, he tested the fan to determine that the motor was burned out, and even called a parts supplier to find out if they had a replacement motor, so that we wouldn't have to replace the entire fan. He was extremely helpful, above and beyond the call of duty.

Prompt, good work at a good price. Told me how to avoid the problem in the future and what to do about it if it happened again so I could fix it myself.

Carl with Accurate Appliance was great to work with. I called almost 10 other companies and none of them were able to come the next day. Carl was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. He was booked all day but told me to call back later in the day and he would try to make it. He came and fixed the problem in 15 minutes. I will definitely be using him again.

I called to make an appointment and got in for the next day for my oven that wasn't lighting and had a gas smell. Carl was on vacation, so Ken came within the two hour window that he had. He came fixed it within less than 15 minutes (oven ignitor)and was very nice. Very affordable and I know who I will be calling next time I need repairs done-Accurate Appliance Service. They seem like the "guys" next door and care about your service. Awesome job!

This was probably the easiest repair experience I have ever had. My washing machine stopped spinning last weekend. I called another vendor, no response. Having no time to make calls during the week, I woke up on Saturday and checked the list for other service providers. I wrote down the phone numbers of three repair services based on reports and distance from my house. The first two did not answer (closed on Saturday.) I called Accurate at about 9:10 on Saturday morning and spoke to an operator. Ken called back about an hour later. I explained the problem. He said he had a full schedule, but could be at my house by 2:00. He arrived on time, diagnosed the problem in about 3 minutes as a broken pump, and had it repaired about 10 minutes later. He was probably at my house for no more than 15 minutes. I was amazed. He was pleasant, informative and got the job done.
I am a very happy customer. Now...off to do my laundry.
