They're great actually; very good. I had a good experience. I already referred somebody there and they helped him. He also replaced a windshield. I think the workers were good; they did the job.

I actually was not very happy with the windshield that was placed in my vehicle. I had my son take my car to the shop and I purchased a used windshield. I totally understand the definition of used versus new but this windshield had a very deep rock ding in the driver's side that you can feel the indentation from the outside. The manager said he showed my son the windshield before installation, therefore, I really had no recourse. I just don't think a windshield like that should have even been sold. It's right in my view but I had a gunshot hole in my other one, so I was kind of strapped to get it fixed.

I found Aaron Auto Glass through Angies List on a Saturday morning. My car has power windows which I thought might be a problem. The shop had the glass changed in less than an hour. The window tinting occurred at a different location (across the street) and actually took longer than the glass replacement. From the time I initially called, they were able to get my car in and repaired within 3 hours. I also received a discount for being an Angies List member.

excellent quick installation, they did a fine job removing and replacing the windshield, the city parking sticker and other stickers on my windshield. They also did an excellent job getting all the broken glass out of the car.

ough They showed up on time, went straight to work and replaced the window in 15 minutes. The window was put in fine but after they left I found small pieces of glass laying in the car. That was their only mistake, they did a poor job of cleaning up the broken glass. I keep on finding glass for a month after the job was finished. Over all though the price was great, window was of high quality. Would use them again if ever needed.

Aaron Glass was prompt, professional, and less expensive than other auto glass places I contacted. I got a quote over the phone and drove to the shop late on a Saturday afternoon--the same day my car was broken into. (Aaron Glass is open even on Saturdays and Sundays.) The office staff was cheerful and competent. The workers in the shop did the job quickly--I was in and out in less than an hour. It was all pretty painless--more pleasant than I expected.

Someone decided to steal my wallet from my car and broke my right back door small window, saw some good reviews and called they were able to give me a price ( I was expecting more). Glad they opening early I need to be at work at 9:30

These guys are the best! You pull the car up, hand them the keys, and go read a magazine in their waiting room. Even though they do have a lot of customers in there, you're usually out within the hour. I called around - best price. never had a issue or leak with their windshields. I have had many windshields replaced in the past years at this location.

Called on Wednesday afternoon for quote. Gave me a price over the phone. Scheduled them to come to my house to replace window on back hatch of my SUV. They arrived in the morning at the time they said (actually called ahead to remind me). Had the glass replaced in one hour. Vacuumed up all the broken glass. Price as quoted. Excellent work, very professional and punctual. Would definitely use them again.

Replaced front passenger side window for my RAV4 and it was ready in less than a hour! Cheaper by at least $30 than anyone else. This has been the case the last few times I have needed a window replaced the past few years. Happens too frequently here in the city...Keep everything out view if you have to keep anything of value in your cars! My sister accidently left her wallet on the seat...

Unfortunately my car was vandalized and window broken into. Aaron Auto Glass was very responsive on the phone and gave a very quick and accurate estimate. Cost of work was less than half quoted by dealer. Location was easy to find (although far from my home.) Easy repair - drive up, sign in, and leave your car. They will vacuum away all broken glass. Clean up and repair was done in about 1 hr and 15 minutes. My one complaint is that there still seems to be broken glass in the door. The window goes up and down, but there is a scratching sound and when I close the door I can hear the broken glass in the door. :( Not sure if it'd be the same with another repair company though.

I called in advance to see if they had a 2003 Mazda Protege 5 windshield in stock. Also, I wanted to know if they could install it while I waited. They are a little abrupt on the phone, but efficient. I pulled up to the garage, honked my horn, they lifted the door, and took my car in immediately. They installed the glass while I waited. Since I live nowhere near their place, it took me longer to drive there and back than it did to have the new glass installed. The place is a bit chaotic and you will see an interesting cross section of humanity in their waiting room. People come in with their beaters as well as their BMWs. The neighborhood isn't great, but it was easy to find and I never felt unsafe.

When driving to work, I noticed that someone had broken the back window of my driver side SUV. The small window that does not roll up or down. I tried a few other companies that seemed to be high in price and then called Aarons Glass. I gave them the vehicle description and they told me they had the parts on-site and could fix the window today. They offered me the option of new or used glass; with only a $25 dollar difference. They said they could meet me at the lot I park at when at work and would call me 15 minutes before so I could meet them. I called around 8:30 am and they met me at 10:30. They quoted me a time of before noon. They were quick, professional, and cleaned the vehicle as if nothing had ever happened. The parts are original Honda parts and matched perfectly. I'm very satisfied with the service, promptness, and price.

Excellent experience! I called at noon on a Saturday to get a price and found out that they had the windshield in stock. In order to save the extra cost of having them come to my location to do the work (+$25.00), I drove down to their shop on Armitage. By 2:30, I drove away with a new windshield!

Came to the house & repaired the driver's side window. Cleaned the car well and were nice. The people on the phone lines were somewhat hard to understand and placed me on hold for 5 minutes twice.

Estimate over the phone was quick and complete. Considerably less expensive than two other quotes I received and they came out the next day and did the work in my driveway. They scheduled me for 7:00am in the morning which I thought was great! Unfortunately the installer arrived about 45 minutes late because he got a little lost. These things happen and was not a problem for me. I still got to work by 9:30am. The work was done quickly, professionally and cleanly. So unless I experience problems during the next rain (I don't expect to) I can highly recommend Arrons glass for windshield replacement.

The installer didn't have any corvette experience needed to call another installer for help. They installed the windshield and used to much sealer. This caused the windshield wipers to become stuck under the hood. Called Aaron glass and asked to speak to a manager explained the problem they sent out another installer 3days later and he could not repair the problem and removed the windshield and left. I called and was told that Aaron glass couldn't solve the problem. I called and asked to speak to Mr. Kim and left a message to please call and he hasn't. Aaron glass sent my check back and couldn't care less that they left my corvette taken apart and that I had to call another glass co to finish the job

The work was competently performed, the price was in accordance with their quote over the phone. Two competitors had quoted much higher prices. The price reported above includes tax.

Very happy with the service. I spoke with Joshua on the phone who was nice, professional and efficient. A guy was dispatched and came out and replaced the window and vacuumed up the broken glass. He was quick, efficient and did a thorough job. You can bring your car into the shop or for an additional $20 they will send a professional out to repair your vehicle.

They have great service and prices. Made appointment for mobile service (which was an extra $15.00) to come to my home and they were there the next day. The replacement glass is warranted and they even met their competitor's price (as advertised).

WHEN ASKED ABOUT REPLACING A WINDSHIELD I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD SAVE SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS BY REPLACING IT WITH A USED ONE. HE ALSO STATE THAT 90% OF THE TIME THE ELECTRICAL WIRES IN THE OLD WINDOW ARE NOT EFFECTED. HE WAS RIGHT. THE BEST PRICES IN TOWN!! P.S. THEY EVEN CAME TO MY HOUSE TO DO THE WORK
