Kitchen and Bathroom Remodel
Surprised us halfway through job with huge "extra bill" for plumbing, which was never discussed while doing job. Had to stop work often as I knew things were not going as they should. Shower tile had to be pulled out and redone, after three weeks of work, and contractor never around to guide crew. Basically ran job myself, and he seemed to not be paying his workers, so hard to get them to do things that they should/could. Lots of unfinished work so finally finished up and told him we'd end up taking care of the lousy work. Paid him for a shower door and never received. Overpromises, and does not deliver. Gives his crew no direction. When her ran into trouble, we gave him the benefit of the doubt, with a handshake that he would take care of the problems. Never followed up. Would never use again. Still have to find workers to fix the problems his company caused...but hesitant to do so from a trust standpoint.
