Description of Work: This company replaced our flat garage roof. Many roofing contractors do not handle flat roofs. This company came, gave us a reasonable estimate, and did an excellent job. The workers were punctual, neat and friendly. We were very satisfied. I don't remember when the work was done...a year or two, perhaps.

+ 3 moreThere was an unfortunate fire on the second floor of my two flat building a couple of years age. The fire and water damage was extensive and required both units to be fully repaired and remodeled. Very intimidating at first, but he took the time with me to show me my options. While he was doing all the work, I felt I had a say in many of the things he was doing. All the work is guaranteed and I know if I have any problems he would come fix it. Recently I purchased another building that needed some work. This company is currently working on it right now.
Description of Work: An entire two flat brick building was remodeled by this company after a fire. The roof needed to be repaired and all electrical work needed to be redone. Each unit needed an entirely new bathroom and kitchen as well as all the bedrooms. He worked well with me in regards to what could be salvaged versus replacing everything like most contractors would do. Took his time to show me different options while keeping the price in mind at all times. The kitchens look great and the tile work impressive. Never did I get any complaints from the neighbors about noise nor did I have to worry about garbage removal. Very clean and organized.

+ 4 moreMR. ZAGARSKI CAME TO MY HOUSE, AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON ALL THE WORK I NEEDED TO BE DONE. HIS CREW CAME ON TIME, DID THE WORK BEAUTIFULLY, AND WHEN THEY LEFT THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM..
