There was an unfortunate fire on the second floor of my two flat building a couple of years age. The fire and water damage was extensive and required both units to be fully repaired and remodeled. Very intimidating at first, but he took the time with me to show me my options. While he was doing all the work, I felt I had a say in many of the things he was doing. All the work is guaranteed and I know if I have any problems he would come fix it. Recently I purchased another building that needed some work. This company is currently working on it right now.

MR. ZAGARSKI CAME TO MY HOUSE, AND GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE ON ALL THE WORK I NEEDED TO BE DONE. HIS CREW CAME ON TIME, DID THE WORK BEAUTIFULLY, AND WHEN THEY LEFT THEY CLEANED EVERYTHING. THE PRICE WAS FAIR. AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM..
