THIS WAS THE MOST HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A CONTRACTOR. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! TRUST ME. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH ROOM HERE TO EXPLAIN HOW AWFUL THIS COMPANY IS - NOT PUNCTUAL, DIRTY, EXPENSIVE, AND SHADY, SHADY, SHADY.

They were often late, brought sketchy workers in to do the job, and gouged me on the price. This team is unreliable and unprofessional. They also left boxes of fast food around my basement and generally did not clean up after themselves. MOST IMPORTANT: HE DID NOT TELL ME THAT MY SUMP PUMP WAS BROKEN. (I am a single woman, very busy and do not know much about the old home that I live in.) Shortly after he had finished his work, my basement re-flooded. It wouldn't have happened if, at some point in the three days he was at my house, he had mentioned that I get my sump pump looked at by a professional. I would never hire this person again and would not recommend him to anyone.
