The technician was on time and very informative about what would be done. He lubricated all components and installed new high quality rollers on the door. He also fixed the overhead light that is part of the door opener.

It went very well. The door now opens and closes smoothy. He was able to tell us what the problem areas are and what we will eventually need to do. When it is time for us to replace the door, we will definitely call Precision. We were more than satisfied.

Had to call them back to fix molding around door. Bottom gasket has a fold in it. Installer said it would work its way out in time, we are waiting to see what happens. Door and opener are good.

It was great, they did a wonderful job. They were prompt, I didn't feel they overcharged I thought they were a good price and very pleasant to work with. They didn't take the payment right away, they came back the next day with the piece and put it in and then I paid them. So it was a very good experience. I had a problem where I have to get this fixed quickly and at first he didn't know if he could do it and he called me back and said, "You know what I'm gonna send somebody out right away," so he did it.

Everything went smoothly and service person was very accommodating.

Mark was terrific!! Would definitely recommend without hesitation. Mark was very prompt in providing an estimate, returning calls and the day of installation performing the work.

The wiring for the three new garage doors was almost and quot;analand quot; how neat it was aligned from the unit to the control panel. Two of the frames around the garage door had rotted a bit but could have been installed around (like previous unit was) - but Mark didn't have any of that. He woodworked to replace and reinforce that area so there would be a proper install and support weather proofing. Additionally, as he was finalizing install he noticed one of the panels facing inside the garage had a small dent from manufacturer - pointed it out to us (integrity) and said he will install today so we have the garage operational, will get a replacement panel from manufacturer and will be back in two weeks to replace and finish cauking as well. You know what - two weeks later we got a call and sure enough he finished the job as promised.

I sincerely appreciate craftsman of their trade who do the small things like wiring neatly, reinforcing proper install, and ensure quality workmanship. Mark definitely knows his trade and is excellent at it. Talking to him and thanking him for the work - he really enjoys garage door business. No joke he has a passion for it. To me win, win, win. I'm shocked not more reviews for his business is on Angie's list and felt compelled to start it now. He's our garage guy for the future. Hopefully I won't have to call him for another 10 years!

It went very good. We got them because of neighbor was having it done so we had him come over. It was a reasonable price, and he was very friendly. He gave us a quote right away and came back the next day to do the work.
