A-One Flooring

Can’t speak highly enough of them! Peter was so helpful identifying and explaining the needs of the project. We initially went with a corporate company to do our floors and when they couldn’t do the scope of work (after starting demolition) he arranged to come quickly and complete the work. Luis and Danial were a great crew, arriving promptly every day and doing great work - replacing our subfloors, staining our steps and repairing some bathroom tiles. They took the time to find the right matching stain color and tiles. Very impressed and happy with them!

How did it go the first time or the second time they needed to come back to correct their mistakes? First time lousy. Second time, mediocre. I had to pay extra days to stay in my old apartment because the first time the work was terrible. The floors were rough and they did not patch holes and seams. I expected Peter, the owner, to come see the work his guys did, but he never showed. Doesn't seem to care what his customers think of the job. When I tried telling "Peter" that I wanted to deduct my expenses for his employees mistakes, he said "the reason why he is his own boss is because no one is going to tell him how to do his job." He demanded the full amount and threaten to sue me. He texted me "After I get done educating you... you will thank me." He also called me a "low class loser" and a "Piggy" Peter is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor, do not hire this company.

Peter and his team did a good job with our hardwood floors. They were responsive, available quickly for a relatively last minute job, and the end product looks great. We would use them again.

The project took 3 days to complete from start to finish. The crew left the house at about 6 pm everyday. Once the job was complete there was minimal cleaning required for us to move back in to the house. We love our new floors and would recommend A-One Flooring to anyone in need of their service.

Our building was desperately in need of some work. The original hardwood had seen many years of abuse coupled with plenty of wear and tear. Rather than installing new hardwood we decided to refinish the wood that was already there. A-one flooring made this suggestion which ultimately saved us a lot of money.
