The repairman quickly found the problem with the refrigerator and made repairs. This was a warranty repair.

In two hours he figured out the real problem. He replaced the part and another that the first guy failed at. He had it working like new again in two hours when the first guy took two weeks. He also had every part that he needed to work on my particular machine. A couple of years ago I had a technician from Aand E repair my refrigerator and he did an excellent job also. Both technicians were excellent at diagnosing the problem and having the the parts needed to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend Aand E to anyone who needs and appliance repaired.

They had to come out several times. It was probably 7 or 8 times for the same problem. I don't really think it was them; I think it was more the refrigerator. They were recommended to us. It was under warranty. I guess I would recommend them. I believe if we would have had to pay, it would have been about $130 and that included labor. Only one person came out twice; every other time it was somebody different. I thought some knew what they were doing more than others. I would probably use them again.

Asked them to come fix the fan on my fridge. I told them THREE times on THREE separate occasions that I needed the fan fixed. The guy showed up -- no fan. Not record of needing a fan. I wasn't sure why he even came to our house if he didn't understand why he was supposed to be there. Spent 20 minutes on the phone for the FOURTH time trying to fix it and their customer service was ABYSMAL. They were not helpful. They could barely help me. And guess what? Now I have to stay at home on yet ANOTHER Saturday to wait for someone to show up... probably with the wrong part. WARNING -- do not EVER use this company. They are completely unprofessional, and don't understand the meaning of customer service.

pleasant phone conversatio to set up an appointment. the repairman called to say he would be late, which i appreciated. he came,quickly assessed the situation, ordered a part on his laptop and set up another appointment for the next week. 36 hours later idiscovered a huge puddle seeping out from under the fridge which buckled the hardwood floor immediately around it. i will have to sand and refinish that. i cannot prove the leak was caused by his work, and would have let it be if things had gone well later. the part was sent to my house, to my surprise. the next, very nice, repairman arrived on time, only to tell me the last guy had ordered the wrong part and overlooked another problem. he ordered the necessary components and set up ANOTHER appointment. the parts arrived and, a few days later as scheduled, the third, very pleasant repairman showed up and quickly did the work. unfortunately, the work didn't work...24 hours later there were no ice cubes. it was the wekend so i couldn't reach customer assistance. monday...no ice cubes. i called the national number, got some meant-to-be-soothing words but very little satisfaction. the next available appointment that worlks for me is 5 days away. i can't change companies as the warranty is with them. extremely frustrating,

Overall, I was pleased because they came out fairly quickly to repair a part on my broken refrig. The other plus was that they had the part on their truck. The down side was the $200 in labor when it took less than a half hour for the technician to replace the part. That is a lot to pay especially since the part is under warranty for only 90 days. Also, I needed to ask the technician a question after he had left. It took five phone calls to get a response to my question and it was the supervisor who responded. Unfortunately, the supervisor wasn't that well informed. Unfortunately 1st the diagnosed was incorrect and they wanted charge an addition 41 dollars to correct the problem. They do not allow the techs to do evaluate the accessed charges, thus the tech can not order the parts unless you pay them. Even though the miss diagnosed the problem. They told me that it would take one to two for a supervisor one to two days. They did return my call in a timely fashion, however the conversation was uncomfortable with a result a 41 dollar credit.

They were very fast and on time. They are very professional. They fixed it and performed quality work. Came out and looked at the washer three times and only charged for major repairs. They were cheaper than anyone else I used. Also their show up fee was considerably less.
