"I am sorry Mr. [Member Name Removed] feels this way but what he states does not correlate with what actually happened. There is a long string of communication through the Angie'[Member Information Removed] List site and we lived up to every promise made. We arrived at the building for each service call that was promised. On the last visit there was a code we did not have to enter the property, we called and he never responded to our call or message, access is the responsibility of the client after all. He claimed our technician provided an insect service for a mouse problem, our reports do not show what he states. He claimed to have video that shows his side but when asked he did not produce the video. He never stated in all the communications that they were still having an issue with the mice in the Air B and B building he has after our initial service. As you can see from all the other reviews this does not match our history of service. Judge for yourself..."
A-Alert was fabulous from start to finish! Highly knowledgeable, responsive, and patient. Having bedbugs can make you crazy; however, Kevin, Sam, Armando, and everyone at A-Alert were always willing to answer questions and reassure us that we WOULD get rid of the bugs. They asked a lot of questions up front to understand our particular situation and formulate the best approach. They then had a very thorough prep list, explained what would happen at every step of the way, and were very careful with our furniture, etc. during treatment.
