I brought in my grandmother's heirloom wall clock in MARCH for repair... and John has gone AWOL on me. WHERE IS MY BEAUTIFUL CLOCK!!???? After trying numerous times to get ahold of him and pin down a time I could find out what was happening with my repair and get my clock back, we finally, finally corresponded via email and set an appointment for him to come out to deliver the repaired clock on August 24. But then he never showed, and despite calling and emailing almost daily for a month I have had no return contact. I dont want to file a police report, but I may have no other recourse.
