Brad was great to work with. He was generally on time and on budget.  He provided great ideas to us, and didn't hesitate to let us know when our ideas weren't the best ones (which we appreciated). He also was a good source of recommendations of places to buy materials/fixtures.  I would definitely use Brad again for future remodeling needs.

Work quality and price was great - and very easy to work with.

A friend recommended Brad to us, but we still interviewed 2 other contractors. Of the 3 "interviews", Brad was the only one we considered hiring. His prices were in line with the others, but his attention to detail during the initial estimate was so much better than the others. He spent almost 2 hours with us, and gave us a lot of good ideas as well. Throughout the project, Brad and his project manager, Chris, were extremely responsive. We probably e-mailed or talked to them almost every day over the 4 months. (This project only took so long because we weren't living in our place and it worked for Brad and his team to do the job a little at a time while we waited for materials to come in; if we had been living in our home they could have waited until everything was in and done all the work at once). They were so helpful with providing us ideas of where to shop, what materials were most popular, how to order various materials, etc. They recommended a very good painter, and cabinet-maker. It was nice that Brad worked well with these other vendors because it made coordination of the jobs much easier. All of the work appears very well done, and even for the few things that weren't 100% perfect the first time, Brad and Chris were incredibly responsive and fixed things to our satisfaction very quickly. We are very satisfied with 606 Development group and would recommend them to anyone looking to do a remodeling project.
