Jaime is very knowledgeable about the codes and regulations in the city and was able to provide guidance to make sure I had fully considered the consequences of each design. He is also very conscientious and always gave guidance about how to stay within budget and what would give the best return on the home value.
Being my own general contractor, I have had repeated changes to the layout and design and Jaime has been very accommodating and responsive throughout. In fact, Jaime came out to visit the contractor doing my basement digout and the contractor proposed a different layout and Jaime agreed and made the changes. My contractor commented on how many architects often dismiss other points of view and that it was refreshing to meet one that was open to other suggestions.
I would highly recommend 606 Design to anyone else in the city looking to do a major renovation. I have been extremely pleased working with Jaime during the whole design process.
