Excellent experience. Ovi was professional and communicative before project began, and he and the team were thorough and efficient once it got underway. We are very happy with results. Would call them for future projects, would recommend them without hesitation.

Ovi and his crew were great! I have a condo with a small back deck and the wood boards were falling apart. Even though it was a small project, Ovi was great. The price was good relative to another estimate. Ovi was extremely responsive and professional, and gave great advice. His crew worked quickly and cleaned up well. We’re so happy with our new deck!

We'd just moved 6 months prior, and were worried about people even using our porch it was so rotted. I got estimates to tear down and rebuild our meager front porch. Ovi at 4th Gen was actually a little higher, but after explaining to both companies what we wanted, I felt only Ovi actually understood. He was also able to make several recommendations (first time homeowners - *** do we know about porches?!) We were hoping to have it done before Halloween. His crew finished in just two days, two weeks before Halloween. We couldn't be happier with the work or the service. Ovi gets it. Our slightly less meager porch is now wider, deeper and much more sturdy.

Quality was fine, but now that they have overcharged, we will not be using them again for anything on our property. If you don't want a job, just say you don't do small jobs and move on with life instead of ripping people off.

Working with Ovi and the team was great. They were incredibly skilled, quick and thoughtful about their work. The job did change a bit once we started - which can cause some anxiety - but Ovi was super patient and always provided great alternative options to consider. I should also mention that 4th Generation had to work in partnership with another contractor group we had hired for other jobs - Ovi took the lead in coordinating with the other group and it as seamless for us.

We found Ovi b/c he was very highly recommended by the contractor from Gary's Finer Landscaping - who also did some wonderful landscaping for us. I was surprised to see 4th Generation doesn't have many reviews on Angie's List - their work was top quality. Don't let few reviews keep you from contacting them!
