Overall they were timely and very clean; they did good quality work and I picked them because they had high ratings on Angie's List. They were professional.

Very responsive, on time. They provided an estimate based on drawings for all electrical, including the drywall patching required after they were done. Their quote did not include the cost of conduit, the cost of their material, which came out to about 12% of the total bill.

He arrived promptly (within 1 hour) with an assistant and diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes. He rewired the junction box, replaced a switch, and checked the panel box before he finished. All in all he was here about 45 minutes.

This man, who I think works for an electric contractor, came across me in Home Depot trying to decipher which fan to purchase. He helped me to select one, said he was an electrician, & gave me a card & phone #. We made an appointment for 1 day later & did the job.
