1st in Plumbing

The plumbers showed up late, but I was expecting this.  They worked until the job was done, which given that it's an hourly charge is not such a big deal ... until you factor in that it wasn't finished until 1am Saturday and they worked through Friday night.  The service did not charge night and weekend rates for jobs started during normal hours.
Ultimately, the clog is gone, we had several resulting holes because of how the plumbing was roughed but the plumbers did their best to keep them small and made a point to keep the mess to a minimum.  They worked hard and weren't sitting around at all.  One of the toilets had a corner broken off during the install and they didn't mention it to us, which upset me but at the end of the day it's cosmetic, our pipes are cleared, and I can go back to thinking about things that aren't plumbing related.

The guys showed up within 40 minutes. They asked few questions to find the exact problem. It took them additional 30 minutes to find a solution for the problem. We immediately authorized the repair as it was under $1000. The had the parts delivered by their supplier “WMF Meyer” while the plumber prepared for the replacement of the pump. They installed the new return pump, replaced some parts in a thermostatic valve that was causing “cross-connection”, and voila the hot water was on in the hole building. They followed up the day after the job and again the week after to make sure everything was functioning properly.
