Not well. They quoted me $109 over the phone and when the movers arrived, they told me the price would be anywhere from $249 to over $300 and could not tell me the exact price until they knew how much room my couch would occupy on their truck. Despite this bait and switch tactic, I then agreed to pay $249 without complaint but would complain to my credit card if it were over $300, at which time they "cancelled the job". They have unscrupulous business dealings and need to be reported to the Attorney General of Illinois and as many consumer agencies as possible.
