I called their main number for an appointment and was put through directly to a local technician who lives right up the street from me. He came over for 5 hours the first day, and 5 the second time. He not only got everything working together and got my old files transferred over to my new hard drives, but he discovered that one of my hard drives was about to die. He saved me untold grief by finding that. He was extremely knowledgeable. I'm not a dummy about computers so I know enough to know the sort of problems he had to untangle. The only problem was that the central booking office made a mistake. They didn't create an account for me and they didn't tell me that they rarely send a technician to do a site visit. Their "thing" is to connect to your desktop remotely and help you over the phone once you sign up for a service contract. I fell through the cracks.

They only charged us $25 at 3 o'clock in the morning. Really professional and effective. They are really up front about their terms.

They are very good. They went above and beyond the call to help me out.

I have used both on-site and phone support and have found the technicians very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient. They were on time for the site visits. I am not very technical and I have found the staff able to give me easy to follow directions and explanations. I find their services easier to use than the Apple support system.
