We purchased the service through Living Social and got a pretty good deal. We scheduled an appointment to have the carpet picked up. It was returned 2 weeks later, but they never contacted us to tell us that they were delivering the rug. Thank goodness my husband was home. I wonder what they would have done if no one had been home and worry they would have left it on the porch.
They delivered the rug wet. It's been two days and the carpet is still wet and it stinks. We've opened all the windows and have fans in the room, but we've had no luck in drying it out.
Most disappointing, the carpet doesn't look any cleaner than when we sent it in. I even wonder if it was cleaned at all. I can understand if there are some stains that won't come out, but the carpet looks dirty.
