Very badly, we regret that we bought this house. The closing was a nightmare.

A nightmare from the getgo. Pretty shaken up!

Horrible. I strongly suggest NOT using this firm. There are many other real estate agents and Realtors in the city - don't waste your time using this one!

Horrible. She lied about specific work that would be completed. She initially promised to include a washer/dryer with the purchase of the condo and never delivered on her promise. She also turned the job over to someone else before making sure everything was complete. She was not punctual as it took her days to weeks to return calls (if at all). Aside from that she was very unprofessional and rude. She addressed e-mails that were poorly written and just plain crude. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy.

I used Cathy Kaelin (773-341-6880) with @properties. Cathy is great! She was always available, responsive, and extremely patient. Cathy showed me around the various neighborhoods in Chicago, and various types of housing options. My deal was complicated and Cathy's expertise helped me navigate through every aspect.

ERIC WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND REALLY LISTENED TO WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. HE SHOWED US PROPERTIES THAT FIT US, AND DIDN'T WASTE OUR TIME ON PLACES THAT WERE OUT OF OUR BUDGET OR NOT MEETING OUR CRITERIA. ERIC HELPED US NEGOTIATE A GREAT DEAL ON OUR FIRST HOME AND HELPED ALLEVIATE A LOT OF THE FEAR THAT COMES WITH BUYING OUR FIRST PLACE.
