His name is Scot Stavish and he’s all the way around a good guy to deal with. He was very patient and he listened to what we had to say and looked for the right properties. We were buying it from out of town and so we came in and in one week, we saw 75 properties. He really cleared his schedule and took us to all these properties.

He did a good job getting clients in to see the house. It was a quick process of putting the house on the market and the final sale. The communication before the final sale was okay. After the final sale there was no communication with him only his assistant. He did not show up for the closing of the house.
