Purchased a Norditrack Elliptical Aug 8 and spent $1200.00 and they put it together. When the delivery men came it seemed like they were in a hurry, on top of lazy. I plugged the machine in later that day and it didn't light up. They sent someone out and they couldn't fix it. They were supposed to send me a new one but the delivery men from sears lied,and said they just had parts and not a new one on the truck. The person I spoke to a customer service rep at sears said they ordered me a new one and sent confirmation showing it was on that truck. They lied to my face so they wouldn't have to put together a new one. Instead they came out and put a new motherboard on a defective piece of equipment.

He passed a lot of information as far as snow blower up keep. What to do at the end of the season and the beginning of the season. He showed me the part that needed to be replaced, and he was very forthcoming with information. He did an excellent job.

not well - had appointment - showed up and asked how long service would take - was told about 1 hour -they would call when done
continued to shop in main store for 1 hour - went back, work not started yet - said I would be next - went shopping to other stores -
came back still not started - saw several people sitting around - finally after complainig to manager, put 2 mechanics on job to hurry
