Furniture - Sales
Refund of $1149.75 Promised April 8th, 2014 by Ed Grice through Office manager Ann Rains at his store.
Ed Grice has not refunded the Rocker and Sofa money Invoice 39601 of which my sister Rose Marie Valencik purchased before she suddenly died on March 22, for a total of $1642.50. It was never delivered and I was told I would get a refund less 30% restocking charge. The refund of $892.50 has not arrived and I left messages for him on April 21st and April 27 and sent the following email via his web site on April 30. I am the executor of the estate of Rose Marie Valencik. He has never replied to my messages. This was not a special order. I believe my sister purchased it in the store.
