ECO CLEANING SERVICE

The owner visited me before I hired her services. she walked thru my house pointing out how every thing that was needed would be done perfectly. three cleaners came for two hours every two weeks. what they did was good but they missed things. sometimes missed dusting some furniture pieces. mised cleaning backsplashes. did mot vacuum rug. did not touch master bath floor leaving toenail clippings on floor from three days before visit. they never cleaned the hardwood floors well enough to remove the dog hair. i have a pug and i know you need to vacuum. i have a dyson but apparently they dont use it. owner said she would check on them and also send a supervisor. the day they did not clean the bathroom floor the owner told me the supervisor was here and told her everything looked fine to her. i told her to not come bak and she told me that I was suppose to supervise her girls so they would do everything. maybe that would work but i do not have the time
or the temperament to supervise them.
