If I was able to do NO STARS I would!!! Tony and his wife are very unprofessional, rude. They answer phone as if you were a family/ friend not a customer. He put a clean out in wrong drain and changed for it!!! Denied doing so !!! Never ever trust them!!!!

Our technician was absolutely fantastic! Because of the polar vortex nearly every plumber we called prior to him were not available immediately and also wanted $95 - $200 just to come out and assess the issue. When we got in touch with this provider, he was very personable and kind. He had just gotten home and changed out of his work clothes, but because we were so close and had young children, he said he would come over within an hour - and no charge just for coming out! He arrived on time and has our problem fixed within 30 minutes at the minor cost of $150 and additional advice on how to prevent the issue going forward. We are ABSOLUTELY CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE!!!

Wow, if we are going to talk about the "Spirit of Angie's List" (i.e. a safe refuge from gougers and a place to find top-notch, dedicated, personal servicepeople who treat you like a backyard buddy whom you have known for 30 years), Anthony Diorio is the epitome of the whole idea. Let me tell you - this bathtub drain was CLOGGED TIGHT. Nothing was getting in or out. . . and I complicated things so badly - having first tried rodding it myself, then I tried flushing it out with a rubber pressure-tip attached to a hose, and I finally poured in a pint of Liquid Plumbr. . . Well, I was left with a bathtub full of dangerous, caustic chemicals that would not go down the drain at 12:15 AM when my wife and I had to be ready for work in the wee hours of the morning coming up. After leaving a message for ANOTHER Angieslist Plumber within 5 Miles of Palos Heights (whom we will not name, because they neither picked up, nor returned my message, even though they are advertised here as "open 24/7"), I came upon Diorio & Sons, saw that they were "24/7" as well, and gave 'em a ring. BOOM! Anthony himself picked up on the first ring. Its 12:15 AM and I woke this dude out of bed, ladies and gentlemen! That's Dedication! Anyhow, I got off the phone with him at 12:20, he got dressed, got a cup a joe, got here just before 1AM, and he was out the door by 1:25AM. Bing, Bang, Zoom. Done Deal. And he only charged me $150 - for a VERY difficult drain de-clogging job that took multiple steps!!! You should have seen this nest of a hairball that he extracted from darn near 20 feet in - yikes! (Take a look yourself!) Recommend this guy. Use this dude. Make him TONS of money, because people like this DESERVE IT! Do it. You will NOT be disappointed!

I had a cracked main pipe in my crawl space, sewage was backing up into it, and tree roots were causing a blockage.  I called Tony Saturday evening, and he came out Sunday morning and rodded every tihng out to get rid of the blockage.
When he went in the crawl space to inspect the cracked pipe, he also found my sink stack was not draining into the main pipe. I live in an a 60 year old house that still had original plumbing.
I know Tony gave me a great price because I obtained quotes to have the plumbing updated when I originally moved in a few years ago, but decided not to do it at that time because then there wasn't an actual need for repair then.
Tony came back the following weekend with his crew and showed up promptly on time and worked until the job was done.  They removed all the old plumbing, replaced the sink stack, toilet stack, and main pipes in the crawl space. They made sure they put plastic down to protect my carpeting from the mud/dirt in the crawl space while removing the old pipes. Tony also took pictures and showed me the completed work, and he tested it to make sure everything was done property.
They did  a great job at a very reasonable price and were very courteous and professional.
I will definitely hire them again for other jobs when needed!
