The stump removal process was very sloppy. When they ground the stumps up dirt was flown all over the yard and they did not clean up very well. They chipped my driveway and fence and failed to inform me about it. They did not respond at all once I mentioned this to them. They was no effort at all in their part to preserve my lawn while they were working. They were not very descriptive with the service they were going to provide. They told me they would clean up weeds along my fence as well. After they were done removing the trees and I asked them about the weeds, they said they only do trees.

THE STUMP REMOVERS CAME AND WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED THEY ASKED FOR A CHECK. I SAID I WAS GOING THROUGH MR. FENTON AND THEY CALLED HIM AND TALKED. THEN THEY LEFT A 5 FT MOUND OF MULCH AND RUBBISH ON MY PROPERTY. I ASKED THEM IF THEY WOULD TAKE IT AWAY. MR. FENTON TOLD ME THAT THEY DON'T REMOVE THE CHIPS. HE CAME TO MY PROPERTY AND WAS SURPRISED BY THE AMOUNT OF WOOD CHIPS. WHY HASN'T HE SEEN THIS BEFORE? I FEEL THAT SINCE HE IS IN THE TREE BUSINESS HE SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THESE THINGS. I WAS AMAZED THAT HE WANTED ME TO GIVE THIS MAN A CHECK. ANY MONEY I PAY SHOULD GO TO HIM. HE THEN SAID, "I REALIZE YOU ARE AN OLDER WOMAN AND YOU CAN'T REMOVE THIS." I WAS PAYING THEM FOR A JOB TO BE DONE, REGARDLESS OF WHAT I CAN AND CANNOT DO MYSELF. HE INSULTED ME AND I DO NOT APPRECIATE HOW THEY DO BUSINESS. I DON'T WANT TO DEAL WITH HIM EVER AGAIN.
