I recently hired R. Ray Construction for a few home repairs, and the experience was exceptional. From the first meeting to the final touches, everything went smoothly.

Mr. Ray was hired to carry out several small projects. Most of which were well done. He is a good builder having replaced and installed a cabinet stand in the garage. However the concrete work he repaired lasted all of 2 months with major cracks showing already! Tile installed also is in need of additional grout. He was paid for all work done and said he would return to complete/ and repair his work. He has not returned calls after attempting to reach him for several weeks. Therefore I would not recommend him.

Ray insisted that it would be ok to paint my deck when it rained after I told him I read online it wouldn't be. He insisted that he's been painting decks and fences for over 20yrs. By the way he used a spray gun which was another red flag. Long story short I wasted $1400 because after 2 months it looked as if it had never been done. It was my fault because I went against my better judgement. Because he said it would be fine he's been doing it for over 20 yrs
