 + -1 moreWe had researched other alarm companies but the cost for monitoring was higher with the other companies than with Pyramid. The only problem I have had is that I have called them and left a message for them to call me back and it took several calls before they called me back.
Description of Work: We had our alarm system installed by Pyramid 4 years ago. Our system is monitored through them and our local police department. We pay them monthly for the monitoring.
