I paid Genaro Villagomez on a payment schedule for the work described in the subject. This was in 2017 and it's 2019 and the work remains incomplete. He will make promises to do the work but he will either not answer you or completely ignore you. This has gone over two years and I finally hired a lawyer. As far as his work, I hired a structural engineer to go over what was completed and it looks like he built several things not up to City of Chicago code and will need rework. I do not recommend him based on his business practices and the quality of his work.
