We bought our washing machine from Young Appliance a couple of years ago, and that transaction went well. However, we have needed service on it, this last time I contacted them by personal visit at their store to come fix it. No reply from them for over 3 weeks. My wife contacted them several times by phone again to check on getting an appointment, always got an answering machine. Still no reply, TO THIS DAY. Finally gave up and contacted another repair service to come fix the issue on our machine. All attempts to get service from Young's have followed this trend, this is not the first instance. Mike does good work, but the ladies at the store, or maybe it's their entire "system", if not at a complete standstill, are slower than molasses in January. I have given up on them, will no longer even consider Young appliance for anything, sales OR service. Their responsiveness, or more accurately, LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS, is just unacceptable.

Ordered part on 4/16/13. Installed around May 8, Around June 25 It stopped working, He came and said it was still under warranty. I made many calls of which not many were returned to me. After threatening to call you and the BBB I finally received action. Oct 15 brought another part but it didn't work either. finally a new one installed Oct 31. 4 months to get a new part is not acceptable. Also not returning phone calls in not acceptable. I hesitate to complain as they are a hard working couple and agreeable when they are here but their customer service is very bad.
