Excellent customer service from the very start. We called this company after having a negative experience with attempting to get another company out to do the same service (that company never showed). From the initial call to the office to the close of service Heuman Heating and AC was professional, polite, and honest. The secretary at the office let us know she would have to see when a crew could come out; she placed us on hold and came back to let us know a service man could be out to see what needed to be done and would be at our home within the hour. Jim was at our front door within 45 minutes. He checked the AC, let us know immediately what needed to be done to repair the unit and offered to do the work right then. We agreed and within 90 minutes our AC unit was serviced and cooling efficiently! Jim even showed my husband how to keep the coils clean, offered suggestions on how to reduce dust (explained the various types of filters and what each one does etc) and pollen's in our home. We will be using Heuman Heating and AC again when it is closer to the fall to have them do a fall check on our furnace! We will be customers while we are in their service area!
