Excellent. In cold of winter, during Christmas week, Jason responded and fixed the unit quickly. Saved us money by recommending solution that suited us best, over what would have suited him. It would have been easiest for him to just recommend a total replacement, but the rebuild saved us money and he took the time to do the rebuild.
