My furnace went out during an ice storm due to a faulty switch. Dave drove 35 miles one way on treacherous roads to get a replacement switch. The part was still on warranty but the dealer I had purchased the furnace/air conditioner from was no longer in business, Dave could have waited until the weather improved before he attempted to get the part but instead he made the trip because he knew I did not have any heat in my house.
