I called on Wednesday and no one was available til Saturday morning. They came out early, got right to work and the job was done in about 45 minutes. The lift station pump is not working so they gave me a number to someone that can replace it. I appreciated that and the fact that they highly recommended his work. They did not charge me for the extra they had to pump out since they knew I was gonna have to pay out money for the lift station pump to get fixed also. That was very nice of them. I have used Orville Quante in the past as well as my neighbors. Great job and great customer service!

Very pleased. Had tried to get another company to come out for weeks without success. Called this company at 9 am on 1/22/14 and they arrived shortly after 11 am on the same day. Very friendly and efficient workers. Will definitely be using this company again in the future.

Very friendly and professional. Opened back access hole and showed me inside of box. completely clean and explained the baffle was in excellent shape. I've used Quante Orville Septic Pumping before and will use again.
