After nearly 12 hours of dealing with another company who didn't follow through on anything, I called John, after-hours, with a desperate plea to get my air conditioning working again. He immediately headed over. Within 2 minutes of his arrival, he'd already diagnosed the problem and begun work. He thoroughly cleaned the air handler (giving me tons of valuable tips on keeping the system maintained in the future), then recharged the coolant. He did all this in the rapidly-fading light of early evening, while standing in wet bushes. Despite all this, he kept a great sense of humor the entire time. His service fee was very reasonable for the time of day, and I will definitely give him a call the next time I need HVAC service. It's nice to see a service person who does what he says he'll do, and does it quickly and professionally.
