With every furnace or air conditioner tune-up, repair or installation you get a detailed test report of the equipment's performance. This includes all the test data. This report is also saved in a data base for future reference. The attention to detail is also displayed by the quality of our work. The job is done right so it looks good, works to manufactures specifications and is safe. Our emphasis is on energy efficiency. We keep up with the newest technology from high efficiency gas furnaces to geothermal. We also do home efficiency testing using a blower door test and Inferred imaging camera. The Blower door test will determine how tight or leaky your house is to air infiltration. The inferred camera will show where there are thermo deficiencies. Such as missing insulation. We are also concerned about indoor air quality. We install whole house humidifiers and electronic air cleaners. We also install HRVs (heat recovery ventilators) to provide extra fresh air if needed (this can be determined by the blower door test). Along these same lines we also do air duct cleaning.
