The first technician showed me the problem and offered me multiple options for going forward.  He checked with his superior and they were able to replace my broken air conditioner that day.  They also waved the System check call.  They were quick, friendly and very professional.  They answered all my questions and helped me understand my options.  Overall this was smooth and professional.

Overall experience was very good. We discussed work to be performed, cost and completion time. All work and cost was done to proposal and completed within time frame.

His business means a lot to him and it shows in the quality of work he performs. I will definitely use Scott again in the future.
