Awesome! Communication, cleaning and results all great!

Richard (Owner) and his assistant did a great job on my office cleaning. They were on time, professional, and neat on completion. Richard explained their warranty in detail. Cost was substantially less than the "franchise" pricing I received. My only concern is that the waste water from the cleaning was deposited on the ground under the company's service vehicle in the driveway. Upon completion they did clean the concrete off so that there was no residual stain. The cleaning was done in the fall. I have them scheduled to clean my home carpets in December which means that the temperatures will likely be freezing. I looking forward to see how that works out.

Steamworld did an excellent job. They were very punctual and exercised attention to detail. Did a complete and thorough pre-treatment of the carpeting. Awesome job of carpet cleaning including couch and chair. Scotchguarded couch, chair and berber carpeting, then raked the berber carpeting. I will definitely recommend Steam World to others and use them again next year. Courteous, professional and lots of attention to detail. They took my oriental rug for cleaning and will return it next week.

Everything went well, and the communication of a  half hour delay in reaching my home was accepted as a earlier appointment was not ready for his service during a earlier appointment inthe morning. They called with enough advanced notice that it was easy to accomidate the time change.  Richard, the owner prides himself on making sure you understand the in's and out's of his service.
They did a wonderful job and left the home looking great. I highly recommend this companies services.

I picked Steamworld partially because of all of the positive reviews, and was for the most part satisfied. One thing to look out for, if you have larger rooms they charge double for a large room(family room). I was impressed by the fact that the stairs was cleaned thoroughly and with a smaller brush that was able to get into the corners.

They were overall excellent.  They showed up on time, explained all of their work thoroughly, and were up front and honest about what they could or couldn't do. I would highly recommend them to anyone, and will definitely be using them again.

Felt very comfortable with the workers being in our home. Did a GREAT job. Removed stains in our daughters room that two previous cleaners were unable to remove.

Richard, the owner, cleaned our 5 rooms very reasonably and professionally. We could not be happier with the result! So glad we chose SteamWorld. We will not use anyone else! My wife and I have purchased a new (to us) home and wanted the carpets cleaned .before we moved in. 31 thumbs up reviews on Angie's list sent me to Steamworld of Springfield. From the moment they answered the phone, it could not have gone any better, scheduling was easy, they explained their pricing, so there was no need for a visit to estimate. Richard and Mike arrived on time, walked through the house with me, evaluated the areas of special concern, explained what they would do and then did it. After the work was done, Richard explained each line item on the bill and let me know that they were available on Saturdays if I found something that didn't suit after they were gone.

Given the scope of the job, their price was reasonable, the results was entirely to my satisfaction and they are genuinely nice people. I would definitely call Steamworld again and highly recommend them

Berber carpeting in dining and hall were completely stain and odor free on completion, and pet odor was eliminated in kitchen. Great outcome!! Great service, would definitely call again for future work.

The people that we have used from Angie's List are a carpet cleaning company out of Chattam Illinois and it was Steamworld Of Springfield. They were great. The quality of the work was absolutely just fine, perfect 'A' plus. They were very pleasant people to have in my home. The rate he quoted to me turned out to be less when he charged me. I like that. They did the job. They were thorough. They were in and out quickly. It was all good. I would use them again and recommend them highly.

We have been using Steamworld for almost 5 years. Richard is very responsive, informative and honest. He and his crew always do a great job and clean up after the work is complete. We would recommend him to anyone, anytime. We know that we can count on him.

We received a call about 45 minutes before the scheduled appointment asking if they could arrive early (if convenient). We had been given an estimate of about $160 to clean the carpets in a large bedroom, large hallway area and 13 steps with a landing. After reviewing the area, we were told that the cost would be less. We were given the option of cleaning another room for the same price or a reduction in the cost if we did not need another room cleaned. We had not planned on cleaning any other rooms so the price was reduced to $142. All of the work was done quickly and professionally within about 1 1/2 hours. There was no attempt to sell us any additional items. The carpets look great. We plan to have the downstairs carpeting cleaned within the next few months and we will be calling Steamworld again! We are very happy with them and the results.

Carpet cleaned in 5 rooms plus stairs. Included pet spots. Provider was honest and said these spots might not be permanently removed due to underpad. So far, spots are gone.

Provider was prompt, explained precisely what they would do and did it. Very courteous and receptive; answering all questions and inquiring as to exactly what I wanted done. Offered suggestions on saving me money and directions on when to access and utilize cleaned areas.
