In the beginning, I loved her personality, passion, and energy. She had great ideas to work within my budget and make my wedding one to remember. 2 problems came about though; first of all, the day of my wedding, her vase (or something holding the flowers up) broke inside the tall holder. She made it work but the flowers next to the alter were still lop sided! Secondly, 17 months after the wedding, my sister in-law wanted to use the Water-ford Crystal Candlestick holders that my mother in law bought me for a wedding gift. When I went to go look for them, I couldn't find them. I called the hotel and James M Design and learned Jamie had them. She first told me they had been sitting on her shelf for a year and 1/2 and she was wondering whose they were. Her e-mail said, " I kept them on a shelf for a year and just pulled them out and used them a couple of weeks ago! "Sorry, I thought it was such a waste to let them sit!" She then told me on the phone that she lost one of the candle stick holders! In a follow up e-mail, she said, I will call you when I get back but you have to understand I am not responsible more than a year after you left something in my inventory. If you leave clothes with a dry cleaner for 18 months there is a good chance it is not there. I checked my archived emails and I did notify you that the Abe Lincoln hotel put them with my stuff a week after your wedding. "I will look for the missing side candle holder and hopefully I will locate it." I looked back in my e-mail and there was not any e-mail messages from her as she claimed she had. After repeatedly trying to get a hold of her for my 2 out of 3 pieces, she finally was going to drop them off at 7 p.m. one night. I waited by the computer to see out the front door. She left them at the front door without knocking as I watched her walk away. I opened the front door quickly to speak to her and she promised she would try to find the other piece. She hasn't called me back yet. When she dropped them off, they had candle wax with sparkles all of them, the water-ford crystal stickers peeled off and no box. It was so hard to clean those things! I do not recommend her and beware if you hire her to write down in detail EVERYTHING she has of yours! I doubt I will ever hear from her again about my missing piece of water-ford crystal.
