 + -1 moreIt's like finding a good mechanic. It's hard to find someone who really knows what they are doing in regards to computers. We were desperate to find someone good, and we found him in the phone book. He answers the phone promptly, he will come to your home or help you over the phone. His rate is really resasonable. He tutors you. He talks you through what he is doing. He sits you down and shows you what he is doing. He created a whole manual suited just for us, for troubleshooting our computer. He is a kind, patient man. He is extremely nice.
